Elections for board positions are here. Confirm roles and ensure alignment moving forward.

Election Timeline & Deadlines
February 1, 2026 – Deadline for current Chiefs to notify if stepping down.
February 5, 2026 – Call for nominations opens for all positions.
February 20, 2026 – Nominations close.
February 25, 2026 – Candidate list finalized and shared with the board.
March 1–10, 2026 – Voting period for all board positions.
March 15, 2026 – Announcement of election results and onboarding of new board members.

Instructions for voting and eligibility requirements for board candidates.
Voting Instructions
Voting will be conducted electronically via a secure ballot.
Each board member will receive a unique voting link by March 1, 2026.
You may vote for one candidate per position.
All votes must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
Results will be verified and announced on March 15, 2026.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be an active member in good standing, with all dues paid (if applicable).
  • Must have served at least 6 months in a volunteer or advisory capacity or have relevant professional experience aligned with the role.
  • Must commit to attending quarterly board meetings and fulfilling responsibilities outlined in the bylaws.
  • For specialized roles (CFO, CTO, CIO, CISO, CPO), candidates should demonstrate relevant expertise in finance, technology, information security, operations, or compliance.
