The organization’s CEO/Founder of WOCOTM. She has worked for Kaiser Permanente for 26 years. Ms. Pellerin has her Doctor Management /Organization Leadership. MBA/MHM and BS. Member of Sigma Gamma Rho. She has received certificates in workforce development, fund development for the community-based organization, community marketing/program development management, and grant writing.

Dr. Kevin Bichanga
Executive director
Kevin Bichanga has been active in the field of health and humanitarian relief for 15 years, focusing on medical emergencies, trauma, public health and mental health in various refugee programs in Dadaab, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, the central Middle East and East African region.
Kevin has conducted programs for various institutions such as the ministries of Health in Bangladesh, Kenya , South Sudan and Ethiopia, as well as the UNHCR and Doctors without Borders (MSF). In addition, he has Five years of experience as a program coordinator in medical and public health emergencies working in conflict regions, and managing humanitarian and development programs.
He has a degree in Medicine form University of Nairobi and a Masters in Medicine from University Of Vienna. His deep commitment to overcome poverty , inequality and injustice is driven by his passion for the world’s marginalized people and the blessings he believes they have to offer.

Narendra Iyer

Ibitoye Oluwakemi Florence
VP, Human Resources | Project Manager | Virtual Assistant
Ibitoye Oluwakemi Florence is a dynamic HR and operations leader with over a decade of experience spanning Human Resources, Banking Operations, and Project Management. Starting her career in Nigeria’s banking sector, she later transitioned into HR leadership and virtual support, where she now thrives managing remote teams, policy development, and strategic recruitment.
Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Women of Color on the Move (WOCOTM), Oluwakemi leads initiatives around onboarding, performance systems, remote work structure, and volunteer support. She’s known for building HR systems from scratch and driving people-first, compliance-aligned processes.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and is pursuing certifications with ICAN and ALX, with specializations in Professional Foundation Management, Agile Project Coordination, and Customer Experience.
Her passion lies in empowering others, especially women of color, by creating supportive work environments. Outside work, she enjoys event planning, watching cartoons with her daughter Danita, and organizing life with vision boards.

Donna Price
Vice President of Operation of USA
Donna Price brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including roles in clinics, plasma centers, and remote healthcare administration. Her journey began with staffing agencies, where she deepened her understanding of medical specialties and developed a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Inspired by early experiences, such as administering insulin injections to her great-aunt, and her father’s enscouragement, she pursued nursing and built a robust educational background.
Her participation in the Minority Enterprise Training and Development Program provided her with entrepreneurial insights, earning her recognition with the Trailblazer Award for her networking skills. An internship in Remote Healthcare Administration/Management further honed her management skills. Donna’s pursuit of a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, focusing on strategy analysis within a Christian framework, while seeking to balance her professional and personal life.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Donna is actively involved with Women of Color On The Move (WOCOTM), demonstrating her dedication to fostering positive change for individuals facing challenges. The organization emphasizes personal development and mental well-being, working on initiatives that promote work-life balance and self-care, with a special focus on uplifting communities in Africa.

Joseph Katala

Joseph Katala is a creatively driven problem-solver with a passion for turning challenges into artistic masterpieces. A seasoned Information Security professional with over 16 years of experience specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). As a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and Certified SWIFT CSP Assessor, he helps organizations strengthen payment security and protect critical financial systems.
Prabhat’s expertise spans regulatory compliance, risk management, and developing data‑driven, AI‑enabled security solutions. He combines deep technical knowledge with strategic insight to help organizations innovate safely while maintaining strong cybersecurity foundations.
Beyond his professional work, Prabhat is dedicated to community impact—volunteering his time to provide technical guidance, lead security awareness efforts, and support organizations in navigating emerging cyber threats. Through his role at WOCOTM, he contributes to strengthening the organization’s Information Security GRC posture and supporting its mission through secure, sustainable digital practices.

Ivy Luhanga
Community Board member
Ivy Luhanga is a dedicated Social Worker from Lilongwe, Malawi, with a degree in Social Work, Youth and Development from the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Passionate about education and community empowerment, she leads a self‑initiated volunteer program that supports underprivileged students by providing school materials, uniforms, mentorship, and academic guidance.
Ivy brings experience in child protection, mental health support, case management, and crisis intervention. She is also an active climate change advocate, committed to raising awareness and inspiring communities to take meaningful action toward environmental sustainability. Her work reflects a strong commitment to creating opportunities, strengthening resilience, and fostering long‑term community well‑being.

Anthony Parnell Butler
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Anthony Parnell Butler is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Women of Color on the Move (WOCOTM), serving as a board‑appointed, volunteer security leader. With over 10 years of experience in information security and IT, he provides strategic leadership across security governance, risk management, incident response, third‑party security, and security awareness, helping protect sensitive data and strengthen organizational resilience.
Anthony specializes in Microsoft 365 security and data protection, identity and access management, and cloud security technologies, building practical, people‑centered security programs that support staff and volunteers while safeguarding community and donor information. He holds CISM and CCISO certifications, a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity, and ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor credentials. His work focuses on enabling WOCOTM’s mission through responsible technology, strong security oversight, and a culture of privacy and trust.

Tiffany Thomas‑Randall
Vice President of Information Security
Tiffany Thomas‑Randall serves as Vice President of Information Security for Women of Color On The Move (WOCOTM). With over 15 years of experience as a cybersecurity professional, she specializes in cyber defense and cyber resilience and is deeply passionate about expanding access to technology careers.
Inspired by WOCOTM’s mission to empower women in underserved communities through education, health resources, and personal development, Tiffany volunteers her expertise to help advance secure and resilient programs. She has spent years mentoring women and minorities, providing clear guidance for entering and thriving in the cybersecurity field. Through WOCOTM, she is honored to help scale that impact—uplifting the next generation of leaders through education, mentorship, and opportunity.

Donya Dyce
Board Secretary
I currently serve as a Board Secretary for Women of Color On The Move (WOCOTM), where I support governance, organizational structure, and operational effectiveness to help advance the organization’s mission. Professionally, I am a Legal Operations leader with a Juris Doctor and an MBA, bringing experience in contract management, process optimization, and building scalable systems within healthcare and biopharmaceutical organizations. I am passionate about creating structure and strategy that empower teams to operate more efficiently and with greater impact.
I am inspired to volunteer with WOCOTM because of its commitment to uplifting, connecting, and advancing women of color through community, opportunity, and shared resources. I bring strengths in strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a deep commitment to mentorship and community engagement. My goal is to contribute to building sustainable programs and infrastructure that support the long-term growth of the organization. Robert Pengel
Community Board member from ATL
Robert Pengel is a dedicated labor leader affiliated with Teamsters Local 728 in the state of Georgia. Born in Netherland, known for his commitment to workers’ rights, Pengel has played a vital role in advocating for fair wages, safe working conditions, and equitable treatment for union members across multiple industries represented by the Teamsters. His leadership reflects a strong foundation in collective bargaining, workforce development, and member engagement.
Throughout his tenure, Pengel has contributed to strengthening union solidarity and ensuring that members have a voice in workplace decisions. He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex labor-management relationships while maintaining a focus on protecting the dignity and livelihoods of working families. His work often includes negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and supporting organizing efforts to expand union representation.
Beyond his formal responsibilities, Pengel is also seen as a community-oriented leader who understands the broader impact of labor unions on economic stability and social justice.
