Theophilus O. Joseph serves as a Volunteer WordPress & AI Website Specialist with Women of Color On The Move (WOCOTM), where he supports the creation and optimization of digital platforms that advance the organization’s mission. He brings over six years of WordPress experience and more than a decade in design, with skills spanning frontend development, SEO, graphic design, and technical support.

Passionate about using technology for social good, Theophilus combines creativity, problem‑solving, and technical expertise to deliver high‑quality digital experiences. He is committed to continuous learning and leveraging innovation to help mission‑driven initiatives grow and make meaningful impact.

 Serena Wang serves as a volunteer Data Scientist at Women of Color On The Move, where she uses data to support community‑centered programs and translate impact into actionable insights. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Machine Learning and Data Science at the University of California, San Diego, and brings experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning across nonprofit and industry settings.

 

 

 

 

Jassmine is a Human Resources Assistant with Women of Color on the Move and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Sacramento State (2024). She supports the organization’s mission by managing records and assisting candidates through the recruitment process, while also serving as a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator.

With over five years of experience in marketing, customer service, data analysis, sales, and community outreach, Jassmine brings strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to her work. She is deeply committed to advocacy and community service, having volunteered for five years with My Sister’s House in support of women and families affected by domestic violence. Outside of work, Jassmine is an avid traveler who has visited over 20 countries.

Natalia serves as a Volunteer Recruiter and Learning & Development (L&D) contributor with Women of Color On The Move (WOCOTM). With experience across education, technology, and workforce services, she supports individuals in building digital skills, accessing resources, and achieving personal and professional goals. She is particularly passionate about using technology as a tool for empowerment, especially for individuals facing barriers to opportunity.

Natalia holds a Law Degree from the University of European Studies of Moldova and an HR Essentials Certificate from Cornell University. She has also completed certifications in Project Management, CRM, HR Learning & Development, and AI Essentials, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning. As a multicultural professional fluent in Romanian and Russian, she is dedicated to creating fair, inclusive, and supportive experiences that help individuals feel confident and empowered to grow.

Jenisse Gatz is a bilingual business professional with over 11 years of experience in global corporate environments, specializing in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational oversight. Her background spans the telecommunications and financial services sectors, where she has strengthened internal controls, financial transparency, and governance frameworks.

Jenisse holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from leading universities in Panama and is fluent in English and Spanish. Now based in North Carolina, she partners with Women of Color On The Move to support equity, education, and empowerment initiatives. She is committed to continuous learning and to building inclusive systems that create lasting community impact.

Monique Nazon is a Queens‑based social services professional with a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling, specializing in Substance Abuse and eligible for the C.A.S.A.C. Trainee Certificate. She has several years of experience in child protective services, child abuse prevention, and supportive housing programs serving individuals with HIV, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Monique has also worked extensively in education, teaching in early childhood, elementary, special education, gifted, and after‑school programs.

A committed volunteer, she has served as a bilingual French/Creole interpreter, an English tutor for adult immigrants, and an academic tutor for children of immigrant families. She is currently training to become an online recovery host and crisis intervention counselor. Beyond social work, Monique is a poet dedicated to inspiring and motivating communities, and she is an active member of the World Afrikan Diaspora Union (W.A.D.U.). Kishan Patel is a passionate Software Engineer and web developer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. With over three years of experience in backend development, cloud deployment (AWS), and UI/UX design, Kishan has led multiple digital transformation projects, including the successful migration of client platforms to cloud infrastructure. He currently supports WOCOTM as a technical volunteer, maintaining and enhancing the organization’s online presence. Kishan is driven by the belief that technology should be accessible, empowering, and community-focused. Outside of coding, he enjoys learning about personal finance, blogging, and spending time with his family. He is based in Dayton, Ohio, and is actively involved in local community tech initiatives.

Joyce Pei studies Art and Technology at Pratt Institute in New York, with a focus on interaction design and creative storytelling. She brings skills in graphic design, social media strategy, and digital content creation to support WOCOTM’s mission of empowering women and uplifting communities. Passionate about combining creativity with technology, Joyce has experience designing engaging visuals, building interactive installations and web-based projects, and producing multimedia works that highlight underrepresented stories. She is committed to exploring how design and technology can foster social change, expand representation, and create more inclusive opportunities for all.

Daniel Ameh is a mechanical engineering student passionate about sustainable energy, innovation, and youth development. He has worked with project teams on peer learning initiatives, engineering solutions, and community engagement programs. With experience in the oil and gas sector and growing expertise in emerging technologies like AI, Daniel is committed to developing inclusive solutions that drive long-term impact. He also supports youth through mentorship and outreach, helping them build confidence, leadership, and academic success.
