The organization’s CEO/Founder of WOCOTM. She has worked for Kaiser Permanente for 26 years. Ms. Pellerin has her Doctor Management /Organization Leadership. MBA/MHM and BS. Member of Sigma Gamma Rho. She has received certificates in workforce development, fund development for the community-based organization, community marketing/program development management, and grant writing.

Dr. Kevin Bichanga

Dr. Kevin Bichanga

Executive director

Kevin Bichanga has been active in the field of health and humanitarian relief for 15 years, focusing on medical emergencies, trauma, public health and mental health in various refugee programs in Dadaab, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, the central Middle East and East African region.

Kevin has conducted programs for various institutions such as the ministries of Health in Bangladesh, Kenya , South Sudan and Ethiopia, as well as the UNHCR and Doctors without Borders (MSF). In addition, he has Five years of experience as a program coordinator in medical and public health emergencies working in conflict regions, and managing humanitarian and development programs.

He has a degree in Medicine form University of Nairobi and a Masters in Medicine from University Of Vienna. His deep commitment to overcome poverty , inequality and injustice is driven by his passion for the world’s marginalized people and the blessings he believes they have to offer.

Ibitoye Oluwakemi Florence

Ibitoye Oluwakemi Florence is a dynamic HR and operations leader with over a decade of experience spanning Human Resources, Banking Operations, and Project Management. Starting her career in Nigeria’s banking sector, she later transitioned into HR leadership and virtual support, where she now thrives managing remote teams, policy development, and strategic recruitment.

Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Women of Color on the Move (WOCOTM), Oluwakemi leads initiatives around onboarding, performance systems, remote work structure, and volunteer support. She’s known for building HR systems from scratch and driving people-first, compliance-aligned processes.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and is pursuing certifications with ICAN and ALX, with specializations in Professional Foundation Management, Agile Project Coordination, and Customer Experience.

Her passion lies in empowering others, especially women of color, by creating supportive work environments. Outside work, she enjoys event planning, watching cartoons with her daughter Danita, and organizing life with vision boards.

Her motto? Don’t just work hard, work smart, and with heart.

Donna Price

Donna Price

Vice President of Operation of USA

Donna Price brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including roles in clinics, plasma centers, and remote healthcare administration. Her journey began with staffing agencies, where she deepened her understanding of medical specialties and developed a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Inspired by early experiences, such as administering insulin injections to her great-aunt, and her father’s enscouragement, she pursued nursing and built a robust educational background.

Her participation in the Minority Enterprise Training and Development Program provided her with entrepreneurial insights, earning her recognition with the Trailblazer Award for her networking skills. An internship in Remote Healthcare Administration/Management further honed her management skills. Donna’s pursuit of a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, focusing on strategy analysis within a Christian framework, while seeking to balance her professional and personal life.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Donna is actively involved with Women of Color On The Move (WOCOTM), demonstrating her dedication to fostering positive change for individuals facing challenges. The organization emphasizes personal development and mental well-being, working on initiatives that promote work-life balance and self-care, with a special focus on uplifting communities in Africa.

I bring over 20 years of leadership and human resources experience to Women of Color on the Move (WOCOTM), where I serve as the Vice President of Human Resources and a dedicated advocate for empowerment, equity, and professional growth.

An international best-selling author of Leading From Within and Leading With a Purpose, Cassandra is also a speaker, leadership trainer, and founder of Evolve Leadership and Development, LLC, where she focuses on developing leaders who inspire others and drive meaningful change.

Her leadership journey includes active involvement in the Alabama STEM Program, service on the Manufacture Alabama Board and SkillsUSA Board, and membership in the Women in Metal Industry. She has also contributed her expertise as a committee member of the Alabama Workforce Development Committee and the Alabama Joint Leadership Development Conference.

Cassandra’s expertise spans organizational development, DEI strategy, mentorship, and workforce transformation across the manufacturing, non-profit, and medical sectors. She is deeply passionate about creating pathways for women and youth to lead with confidence and purpose. Through her strategic leadership and unwavering commitment to WOCOTM’s mission, Cassandra continues to advance initiatives that uplift, educate, and empower women of color to thrive both personally and professionally.
